Description

TallyTeller provides P&L execution software that connects to third-party accounting systems (such as QuickBooks) to deliver financial intelligence, variance analysis, KPI tracking, and execution accountability tools.

No Guarantee of Results

TallyTeller provides tools and intelligence to support financial decision-making. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, profit improvements, or business results. The effectiveness of the software depends on the quality of your financial data, the decisions made by your team, and factors outside our control.

Third-Party Integrations

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms including QuickBooks and others. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party platforms.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability of TallyTeller.com and our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the site or services for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on TallyTeller.com — including text, graphics, logos, design, software, and the TallyTeller execution architecture — is the intellectual property of TallyTeller or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from TallyTeller.com without our prior written consent.
The following are trademarks of TallyTeller: TallyTeller™, the P&L Execution Loop™, the AssetWeave Method™, and SignalJournal™. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited.

5. User Content

If you submit content to TallyTeller — including form submissions, feedback, or communications — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for the purpose of delivering and improving our services. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
We do not claim ownership of your financial data. Your accounting and financial data remains yours.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TallyTeller.com and all related services are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any content on the site.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TallyTeller and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities — arising from or related to your use of TallyTeller.com or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to TallyTeller in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
